Happy Earth Day!

We went to Red Butte Gardens this year on Arbor Day with our good friends & had a blast! This is Macky showing off his big muscles! Check out the view! Gorgeous!

We got new pinyon pines to take home & plant in our yard! They're still sitting there, but we will plant them eventually!

Noah & his buddy, Zane, in front of the lake. It started to get really cold about then & we were really far away from the exit! Brrrrrr!

Even though it was cold, the gardens were beautiful & we had so much fun! We met Smokey the Bear, walked, played in the children's garden, walked, had a picnic lunch, walked more, rolled down the hill and walked even more! Delinah & I were pooped, but the boys were just perfectly primed for a nap! Perfecto!

Whoo hoo!

Mack is officially potty trained!!! YES! Once I really tried- it was a snap. He practically did it all himself. He's so funny about it, because he already tells Len & I to get out of the bathroom when he's going & he shuts the door. He does EVERYTHING by himself, so I guess this isn't any different. He's even waking up dry every morning. :) 1 down, 1 to go! Unfortunetely, Sam yells "No Way" everytime we ask him if he wants to use the big boy potty, unless he hears Mack getting up after bedtime to go- then Sam wants to try too. We're getting there!

Weird weather

This is our backyard today after ANOTHER snowstorm. Yesterday, it was 80 degrees & we were all in shorts & t-shirts! This year we have had the craziest weather ever. Our poor little tulips are freezing & so am I! Noah is the only one I know that keeps praying for more snow...the rest of us are ready for a real spring! God must think Noah's prayers are as cute as I do & He can't resist giving in either!
