Wow- it's over!

Phewwww! We had such a fun Christmas :) I'm not really as crazy as I may seem by posting on Christmas night! As luck wouldn't have it, carwash payroll landed on Christmas night. I'm actually waiting for my Dad to finish up a few things so I can continue working. I'm exhausted & if I had my way, I'd be in bed already (8:00 p.m.)! Everything leading up to Christmas was so fun- seeing old friends at parties, shopping for the perfect gift, etc...but now I'm ready for a few days of doing nothing, other than playing with the kids & putting away all the new stuff- slowly. At this moment I can't believe that we are having a New Year's Eve party, but hopefully it will sound do-able again in a week!
Noah said he got everything he wanted & more (very true). His favorite thing that Santa brought was his own snowboard. He also can't wait to go to his first Utah Jazz game tomorrow. Sam & Mack were just excited to see new toys that they didn't realize were coming to them! Mack's favorite was an electric train & Sam's was a ride-on ATV. They were so cute & excited. It was fun watching the kids. My favorite was a new pair of croc's lines with fleece :) Len's was, of course, his new TV. We were equally excited to see how our family liked the things we picked out for them & talk to family far away. We really love our family and friends and are greatful for a day to celebrate the birth of Christ. Noah made a list of "gifts" that he could give to Jesus this year at church & wrapped it in a little box with a bow. On the way home he asked "how am I going to get this all the way to heaven?" I guess he missed the point a little, but it was so cute! It was a good Christmas.

Laura,
Seeing friends and family on Christmas is the best part of the holiday season. I Loved the necklace and I'm excited to read the book. Thank you so much and we'll have to do this again next year. The only thing I didn't get that I really wanted, was to have my husband home for the holidays. But he'll be home next year for Christmas. I guess we all have to make sacrifices sometimes, especially this time of year. Say Hi and Happy Holidays to everyone for me!
Love Ya,
Your Cuz' Diedre
